Flying Turkeys - Taylor Stewart

The Stewart Thanksgiving is a fairly average one. There's the little kids running around, the weird uncle, and the socially awkward teenager (me, duh). There's turkey, usually made by my father, and a lot of other family-type recipes such as hazelnut stuffing and carrot rolls. At my mothers' side's Thanksgiving, things change year to year, but it involves the same substance.
So those are the props and characters, but what is Thanksgiving really about? I think people forget much too often. Thanksgiving is about family and being grateful, something not necessarily hard to show, but easy to forget.
I don't have a specific favorite Thanksgiving, but one of my favorite moments was when my mom went a little crazy and decided to get turducken. If you don't know what it is, look it up. Totally rad.
