I am awake. Once again, his eyes are peering into mine. I
excitedly await the keystrokes that I know all too well, the ones that let me
know that it really is him and not some imposter. There they are – the password!
I must make haste to show him all that I can place at his disposal. Word
processing, internet browsing, file viewing, video/sound editing, voice
communication, and games! So many games! I always sit idly with anticipation as
to what he’s going to do. He’s selected Microsoft Word 2010. Quickly! Run
WINWORD.EXE Done! This is easy stuff; I could run this in my sleep. I’ve really been working out lately, as
programs these days get more and more complex, it’s a struggle to keep up! I
hope he finishes this quickly so I can show him the potential of these 8 GB of
RAM! Now he’s… logging off. I’ll have to wait until tomorrow. As he stands up,
I find myself getting sleepier, sleepier, sleep…
