Changes- Jessica Nelson

We have so much untapped potential sitting in our orphanages around the world. By the time the children finally get adopted many have developmental problems or a mental illness making them much less much less useful to society. I propose we fix this problem by implementing a training program for these kids. Each orphanage will be sponsored by a local terrorist group. Members of these organizations will come to the orphanage on a regular basis to teach the kids about patriotism and bomb making until around age 10 when they will be put up for international adoption and matched with a family. All these families will be from rich nations like America, that the organizations hate, since it requires $28,000 to complete the adoption process. In the 2 years it takes for the adoption to be finalized training will continue with specific regard for the country the children will be sent to. Once adopted the children will be able to enter the country under no suspicion and carry out terrorist activities, maybe even waiting a few years until 3 or 4 rounds of trained kids can join forces and have a larger impact. It’s a win-win because the kids will do work for the terrorist group and the terrorist group will have incentive to keep the kids clothed, fed, and well cared for.
