Stress- Jessica Nelson

I manage my stress by… actually I don’t really manage my stress per say. When I am stressed it is usually a result of being busy and when you are busy who has time to deal with stress? If you don’t stop working on things long enough to think about being stressed it covers the stress up quite nicely. Just bury the stress in mounds of homework and overlapping activities and you’ll barley even see it. When my stress does come poking through it usually comes out in mild moodiness toward my parents, when slightly provoked, and blows over in a half hour or so. I used to play sports to help with some of that but due to injury I had to stop and I've never really gotten around to finding a replacement. I watch T.V. and listen to music like any other person but hopefully sometime soon I’ll find a legitimate activity to manage stress.
