Assignment 22: Fictional Character, Fictional Life- Mia Alxander

I have never been the most avid cartoon watcher but I do have my favorites. As lame as this sounds, if I could pick to be any one of my favorites, I would want to be SpongeBob.
Bet no one expected that of me but it's true. He lives underwater, to me that's so cool. Beyond stereotypes, I really do like the water. Also, Bikini bottom is the cutest little home to me, it's such an aesthetic vibe. The colors are pretty. I guess that is all that matters to me. It doesn't take much.
Actually, now that I can think about it more purposefully, I love the whole concept of SpongeBob. He makes mistakes, he doesn't quite understand the way society works; he's practically a perpetual child. Part of me is really going to miss my childhood. It isn't always sunshine and rainbows but the freedom, innocence, and lack of much responsibility suit me. Like most Saggitarius', I hate being controlled. That's part of life but I haven't quite accepted that part of growing up yet. SpongeBob typically looks at the bright side. Most days, I can identify with his positivity. I want to be SpongeBob for a day.
