Stress - Charlie Payne

I'm not a stressed person at all. Unfortunately this usually leads to scrambling at the end of the year to make sure I really have everything under control, but other than that I experience none of the normal effects of stress, physiological or otherwise. I do tend to lose my cool in a high stress situation, like when somebody almost hits me with their car or something, but I'm working on that. In serious situations that are high stress I handle myself fairly well, I'm usually the most level-headed person at the scene. To manage stress about finals, AP tests, and the like, I usually just try to enjoy myself in the days leading up to them and before that I calmly and gradually prepare myself (or don't, it's whatever). I make sure I get enough sleep and do all my favorite low-stress activities before the test. I follow a healthy diet and exercise regularly, and I think this may contribute to my general low stress attitude.
