Assignment 26: Help! I need somebody. Help! - Thomas Stokes

English is a class that I've always had trouble with. Classes tended to be convoluted or not conveyed very well it would seem. However, this year changed my mind about English class. This year I really feel like the amount of practice writing we did was a great help, as was the multiple choice we did with it. The way we would help grade each other's essays was also really helpful because I was getting more insight on my writing than just having teachers notes. One thing that I didn't feel was effective was blog posts. I found that they weren't constant enough so I was forgetting about them and turning them in late, and that they weren't being graded super intensely and was therefore not really helping my writing. I didn't get feedback on whatever blog posts I did end up doing on time. However, the blogs were a great way for me to express opinions and thoughts I was having, and were a great way to get more creativity involved in writing and my schooling in general.
