Plastics- Skylar

When I was about 6 or 7, my mom always made a huge deal about showering and having good hygiene, like she should have been. But I felt like she was always getting on to me about it and I didn't really understand why because I washed my hands and brushed my teeth twice a day and showered atleast every other day and I just didn't understand. Come to find out she was upset about the way I washed my hair. It hadn't been my strongest skill. I had accidentally used baby oil instead of shampoo once because the bottles looked alike. But the advice she gave me when I was really young was to Lather. Lather. Lather. I had absolutely no clue what that meant so she simplified to just keep scrubbing until there were tiny bubbles ever. And while it's not the best advice I've ever received, it has still has been something that has become apart of my daily routine so that's a pretty big impact I guess.

  1. cleanliness isn't "important" until you sit next to someone who STINKS!
