Assignment 6 Ian Harrison

1. Where do you see yourself in 10 years? What are you doing? Where do you live? Do have a spouse or children or both? etc.

2. What medium do you think best tells a story? Books? Movies? Perhaps something else?

3. If you could travel anywhere outside of the United States, where would you go and why? What would you do there? What do you want to get out of or learn from this trip? Would you go by yourself or with friends/family?

3. I want to travel to Europe. Nowhere in particular, just all over Europe. So much of our culture and history comes from there and I think it's important to understand our past. There is so much diversity and variety, I doubt I'd ever be bored. I'd like to travel alone, most likely backpacking my way through, that seems to be pretty popular and I love hiking. I'd be particularly interested in the art, because I believe that art is the best and most informative way to learn about other cultures. It often depicts scenes from everyday life and other pieces may show the desires, hopes, dreams, fears, and dislikes of the time and culture of a place, thus allowing us to truly understand the psyche of that time and place. In conclusion, I would essentially be doing a nature walk and art museum tour of all of Europe.
