DAD.
My dad... Sigh. My father and I are fairly similar people despite the fact that we differ completely on the one thing we are both very passionate about. Politics. He's very far right... I'm very far left. We are both extremely passionate people and we speak our minds and we want to win and we always think we're right. This causes a lot of... Hmmm... Spirited discussions? He's a good person and he means well, but gahh. It gets to me. My father and I love each other though, and we both very highly value comic relief. Sometimes my friends are shocked at how I speak to him compared to my mother who I treat with the utmost respect and gratitude. My dad and I bicker and yell and say profane things to each other but that's okay because he's half of my DNA and I think that means I have to love him. I may have over stepped in this post, talking about politics (dun dun dun) in such a judgmental place known as high school (dun dun dun), or worse, the Internet (dun dun dun). But oh well. Everyone has things to say about their parents, I just chose to do it here.
