Charlie Payne, Do you know your neighbor?

Tora is a bro, to say the least. I've known Tora since middle school, and he and I were part of a squad in eighth grade that went to Occupy Wall Street demonstrations and skipped class to hang out in the library and talk about music and other strange things. I still consider Tora a really good friend. He is totally relaxed and laid back about most things, yet remains one of the smartest people I know. Unlike many people I know, he is fairly reserved about his interests, and won't usually mention them unless asked. Despite this, Tora's interests are impassioned and intelligent, and he certainly has a lot to say about them.
