STRESS- Raiffa S
I honestly don’t know how i deal with stress. But i am not one who is usually “stressed”. I get anxious and nervous and overwhelmed but it’s often I am just stressed. That’s probably because whenever I spy the beginning of stress i completely ignore that thing that is causing it. And then I just do a lot of nothing like putting together outfits. So that was fantastic when I should’ve been studying for AP tests. The week before AP hell I had the greatest idea to watch something on Netflix which I usually refrain from because I will then get caught in a Netflix vortex and proceed to binge watch absolutely everything. I probably need to deal with that before going into college because that tactic is a great way to feed procrastination. Maybe I’ll take up yoga or become a compulsive scheduler so I can stay on top of things. That stuff is usually good for stress relieving, right? But now that AP test are over and most of my classes aren't (shouldn't be??) giving incredibly hard finals I don’t really have to worry about that yet.
