Right Now- Mikaela Gatewood

I could write about all the marvels of the world and our galaxy, which are of course amazing, but I think I'd prefer to write about the simple things going on in my life. So, right now, in this universe, I'm watching my boyfriend dance to a Gorillaz song. In between rolling around on my bed, and various attempts to tickle me, he's singing and jumping around to Feel Good Inc. My parents are downstairs watching The Voice (with the fire on of course, my mom can't survive without it on), my dog is snoring peacefully on our couch, and my brother is screaming over a game of Fifa on his X Box. It's not a complex situation, nor is it one of the marvels of the world, but having this content feeling of family is something I cherish most. It's just nice thinking about the fact that I have this great, loving group of people who I get to spend most of my days with. It's cheesy, and very much sappy, but it's what I wanted to write about. So there you go.
