Assignment 22- Jessica Nelson

If I could be any fictional character I think I would want to be Peter Petrelli from Heroes. What makes Peter stand out from the other characters with superhuman abilities on the show is that Peter absorbs the powers of everyone he encounters and he can use them all in conjunction. Throughout the show he always uses his powers to help and protect others despite the poor influence of his family. I admire this strong will and dedication to what is right and if I were him I would maintain these qualities. I could do a lot of good with his multiple abilities and enjoy playing around with the 30 or 40 powers he acquires  including rapid cellular regeneration, teleportation, flight, invisibility, healing, shape shifting and mind reading. I could travel the world for free, go back in time and fix my mistakes, and hang out with other superheros. It does come with the downside of a seriously messed up family  and exposure to lots of tragedy but I believe the incredible opportunity for good outweighs the negatives.
