The
only real talent I can think of right now is my extraordinary ability to sleep
anywhere at any time. Here are the steps:
1.
It helps a
lot if you are always tired, no matter how much sleep you had gotten the
previous night. This allows you to want
to sleep all the time.
2.
Find a comfortable position in which to sleep in
and close your eyes. If on the couch, get some cushions to make your
surroundings softer. If in class, lay your head down on the desk and if
desired, put your hood on.
3.
Isolate yourself emotionally from everything
that is going on. No matter how much is going on around you, if you stop caring
about everything except sleeping, the noise starts to slowly fade out.
4.
Just fade into sleep. Relax and fall into sleep.
This should send you from the world of your daydream into a full unconscious
dream-state.
